How to do everything in Ugodia, step by step. Tap a topic and follow the steps.
Ugodia in one minute
- 1You connect your Gmail. Ugodia reads your brand emails and never stores personal ones.
- 2For each offer it pulls out the fee, deliverables, payment terms and usage rights, compares them with your rates and adds a suggestion label.
- 3With one tap it writes a reply draft. You read it, edit it and press "Send from Gmail". Nothing goes out unless you press send.
- 4When a deal is agreed, a campaign card opens: delivery, brand approval, invoice, payment and usage-rights tracking all happen there.
Getting started
How do I connect my Gmail?
So Ugodia can read your brand emails and send replies from your own Gmail.
Steps
- 1Go to Settings → Gmail connection and press "Connect Gmail".
- 2Read the AI permission window and press "I agree".
- 3Choose your Google account.
- 4If you see "Google hasn't verified this app", press "Advanced", then "Go to ugodia.com". The app is in Google verification; it only reads your email and sends with your approval — it can't delete or change anything.
- 5Leave all boxes ticked on the permission screen (read and send) and press "Continue".
- 6Back in the app you should see "Connected:" with your Gmail address.
Tips
- New emails are checked automatically. If you don't want to wait, press "Sync now" on the Gmail connection page.
- If you didn't allow sending, you can copy drafts and send them yourself; you can allow it later on the same page.
How do I set my rates?
Ugodia compares offers with your rates and writes counter-offers with them.
Steps
- 1Go to Settings → Prices and rules.
- 2For each content type enter the "List price (you ask)" and the "Floor (private minimum)". The list price is what you tell brands; the floor is the lowest you'd accept and is never shown to brands.
- 3Enter your paid ads / whitelisting fee (per video, per 30 days). If you're not sure, leave it empty and you'll be asked each time.
- 4Enter the longest payment terms you accept without review (e.g. Net 30).
- 5Fill in gifted offers, dream brands and the categories you never reply to.
- 6Press "Save rules".
- 7To re-check emails you already have with the new rules, press "Apply rules to existing emails" (free).
How do I add Ugodia to my phone and turn on notifications?
Open Ugodia like an app and get notified about new offers, late payments and more.
Steps
- 1On iPhone, open app.ugodia.com in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen".
- 2Open Ugodia from the icon on your home screen and log in.
- 3Go to Settings → Account → Notifications, press "Turn on for this device" and allow it.
- 4Press "Send a test notification" to check it works.
Tips
- On iPhone, notifications only work in the app added to your home screen, not in a Safari tab.
- Even without notifications, you get a short summary email every Monday. Turn it off in Settings → Account → Weekly summary email.
Every day
How do I read my inbox?
Only brand emails are here, each with Ugodia's summary, the offer's numbers and a suggestion label.
Steps
- 1Open Inbox. The "Offers" tab shows only offers; "Info" shows informational emails.
- 2The colored label on a card tells you what to do; see "What do the labels mean?" below.
- 3Tap an email for details: the summary, the reasons and the details pulled from the email (fee, deliverables, usage rights…).
- 4When you're done, press "Archive". Archived by mistake? Press "Undo".
How do I reply to a brand?
Ugodia writes a draft with your rates and rules; you check it and send it.
Steps
- 1Tap the email in your inbox. Press the draft button (e.g. "Counter offer"). For another kind of reply, open "Another reply".
- 2The draft is ready in 15–40 seconds.
- 3To change something, edit the text and save; the draft is checked again automatically.
- 4When you see "✓ Ready to send" at the bottom, press "Send from Gmail", then "Yes, send".
Tips
- If you see a warning (e.g. about an amount): press "This is correct" if it's right, or "Edit" to change it.
- Highlighted [ADD: …] parts are details only you can fill in; tap the text to fill them in or remove them.
- No permission to send from Gmail? Press "Copy to clipboard", send it yourself, then ⋯ → "I sent it another way".
- Numbers and links in drafts come only from your rates, your media kit and the brand's email; Ugodia never makes them up.
What is a campaign card and how do I move it forward?
Every deal is a card. Everything from agreement to payment (emails, delivery, contract, invoice, payment) lives on it.
Steps
- 1When a paid, gifted or affiliate offer arrives, the card opens automatically. If not, press "Create campaign" on the email page.
- 2The "Next step" box at the top tells you what to do now.
- 3When you finish a step, choose the new step in "Move card to" and press "Move" (e.g. "Product received").
- 4Emails from the brand (approval, payment notice…) often move the card for you.
After the deal
How do I deliver content to the brand?
Upload photos to the campaign card and send the brand one link. They approve or request changes without logging in.
Steps
- 1On the campaign card, go to "Delivery & approval" and press "Upload photos".
- 2Choose your photos. When you see the thumbnails, press "Send to brand".
- 3Press "Draft the email in Gmail": the email and link are ready. Or press "Copy link" and send it any way you like.
- 4If the brand approves, the card shows "Approved", the payment term starts and you get a notification.
- 5If the brand requests changes, their note shows on the card. Upload the new photos and press "Send to brand" again.
Tips
- For security, the link is shown only when you send. If you lose it, press "Create a new link"; the old one stops working.
- Photos only for now (JPG, PNG, WEBP). Video support is coming soon.
How do I track my payment?
The agreed amount, payments received and the due date in one place. If it's late, Ugodia warns you and drafts a reminder.
Steps
- 1On the campaign card, open the payment section. If tracking hasn't started, press "Start tracking payment".
- 2If the amount or terms are wrong, press "Edit amount and terms".
- 3When you send the invoice, press "I sent the invoice"; the due date is calculated from it.
- 4When money arrives, enter the amount and press "Payment received". When it's paid in full, the card becomes "Paid".
- 5See all your payments on the Payments page; late ones are at the top.
How do I create an invoice?
An English PDF invoice is prepared from the offer and payment details.
Steps
- 1Once: in Settings → Invoice details, enter your name, address and payment instructions (e.g. your PayPal address).
- 2On the campaign card, open Invoice, check the lines and press "Create invoice".
- 3Download the PDF or send it to the brand from Gmail.
How do I get a contract checked?
Ugodia compares the contract with the brand's offer and shows terms that differ or are risky.
Steps
- 1On the campaign card, press "Upload contract (PDF)" and choose the file.
- 2In about a minute you get a comparison table: same, different, added in the contract or missing.
- 3Always read the risky clauses (perpetual usage, unlimited revisions…). Use the change-request draft to ask for changes.
Tips
- This isn't legal advice; for important contracts, ask a lawyer.
How do I track when usage rights end?
Ugodia tracks how long the brand can use your content and reminds you 30, 14 and 7 days before it ends.
Steps
- 1When the content is approved or published, the usage-rights record opens automatically (if the offer states a duration).
- 2Check the dates in the usage rights section of the campaign card and fix them if needed.
- 3When the end is near, press "Draft renewal offer"; the price comes from your usage fee.

How do I pitch brands?
From brand addresses shared in creator groups, short intro emails are written from your media kit.
Steps
- 1Open Pitch from the menu.
- 2Paste the message or list containing the addresses and press "Find addresses".
- 3Check the brand name for each address and untick the ones you don't want.
- 4Press "Write … pitch email(s)". The emails are ready in the list.
- 5Read each one and press "Send from Gmail" (or open it in Gmail, send it yourself and press "I sent it").
Tips
- Send at most 20 pitches a day so you don't land in spam.
- When a brand replies, the status becomes "Replied"; if not, a follow-up is suggested.
How do I create my media kit?
A one-page introduction you can send to brands, with your own link like ugodia.com/kit/yourname.
Steps
- 1Go to Settings → Media kit.
- 2Add your photo, your name and your niches.
- 3Write about yourself in "Tell us about yourself" and press "Write my bio" for a polished English bio.
- 4Add your platforms, follower counts, sample content and contact email.
- 5Tick "Publish — anyone with the link can see it" and press "Save". Your link is ready.
Tips
- You can show your list prices if you want; your floor price is never shown.
How do I see offers I missed?
Scans your Gmail for the last months and shows brand offers that went unanswered, with estimated value.
Steps
- 1Tap "See opportunities you missed in the past" at the top of your inbox, or "See what you missed" on the setup card on Home.
- 2Choose a period (e.g. last 90 days) and press "Check".
- 3See how many emails will be read and press "Start scan". It takes a few minutes; you can leave the page.
- 4The report shows unanswered offers, low offers and requested usage fees; tap any of them to open it in Gmail.
What do the labels mean?
- Good offer ✓
- The offer fits your rates and rules. You can draft an acceptance.
- Counter-offer
- The offer is below your rates. Ugodia writes a counter-offer at your list prices.
- Missing info
- Details are missing to decide (fee, number of pieces…). A draft asking for them is written.
- Check this
- Something needs your eyes (e.g. raw footage requested, long payment terms, usage fee needed). The reason is shown in the email.
- FYI
- No decision needed (informational email, network invite, approval, payment notice, commission-only offer).
- Not a fit
- By your rules this collaboration isn't for you (e.g. gifted). A polite decline can be drafted.
- Don't reply
- A category you never reply to (e.g. gambling, crypto).
- Warning: suspicious
- Signs of a scam. Don't send money, bank details or passwords.
