Getting started
What is Ugodia?
Ugodia is an AI business manager for UGC creators. It reads your brand emails, pulls out the deal terms (fee, deliverables, deadline, usage rights, payment terms), compares them with your own rates and rules, and drafts a reply you can review and send.
It also tracks every deal from offer to payment and usage rights, and reminds you when a payment is late or usage rights are about to end. No commission on your deals.
How do I get an account?
Ugodia is in a private pilot and accounts are invite-only. Join the waitlist on ugodia.com and we'll email you an invitation.
What should I set up first?
After you sign in, the setup card on the home page walks you through five steps: connect Gmail, enter your rates, fill in your media kit, see what you missed in the last weeks, and open your first reply draft. You can skip any step and come back later.
Gmail connection
Why does Ugodia need access to my Gmail?
To find emails from brands and keep your deals up to date without you copying anything. Ugodia asks for two permissions: read your emails, and send an email when you press Send.
Can Ugodia delete or change my emails?
No. Ugodia cannot delete, move or edit anything in your Gmail.
Will Ugodia send emails without me?
No. Every email goes out only after you review it, press Send and confirm. Emails are sent from your own Gmail, so you'll see them in your Sent folder. You can also copy a draft and send it yourself.
Google says “Google hasn't verified this app”. Is that safe?
Google's review of Ugodia is in progress. Until it's finished, Google shows this warning to everyone. To continue, click “Advanced” and then “Go to Ugodia”. You'll see exactly which permissions Ugodia asks for before you allow anything.
When are new emails checked?
Ugodia checks for new emails when you open the app and automatically in the background. To check right away, go to Settings → Gmail connection and press “Sync now”.
How do I disconnect Gmail?
Settings → Gmail connection → Disconnect. Ugodia's access is revoked at Google right away. Your deals and notes stay in Ugodia.
Privacy and security
Does Ugodia store my personal emails?
No. Only emails that are brand communication are stored. Newsletters, automated emails and personal emails are skipped and never saved.
Who can see my data?
Only you. Each creator can only access their own data. We don't sell your data, don't use it for advertising and don't use your emails to train AI models.
Email text is analyzed by Anthropic's Claude API under terms that don't allow it to be used for training.
How long do you keep my emails?
Email text and contract PDFs are deleted 90 days after a deal is finished (paid, and usage rights have ended), or 90 days after they were saved if they aren't part of a deal. Summaries, extracted terms and your deal history stay until you delete your account. The original email always stays in your Gmail.
How do I download or delete my data?
Settings → Account → “Download my data” gives you everything in one file. “Delete my account” permanently deletes your account and all your data, and revokes Gmail access.
Using Ugodia
How does Ugodia decide what to suggest?
AI reads the email; your rules decide. On the Prices and rules page you set your list prices, your hidden minimum (floor), the payment terms you accept, how you handle gifted offers, and categories you never reply to. The suggestion on each email comes from these rules.
Where do the numbers and links in drafts come from?
Only from your rates, your media kit and the brand's own email. Ugodia never makes up prices, stats or links. Every draft is checked before you send it, and anything that doesn't come from your sources is flagged. Your floor price is never shown to brands.
What is the media kit?
A one-page profile brands can see at ugodia.com/kit/your-name: your intro, platforms, audience, past brands and sample content. Publishing it is optional, and so is showing your rates. Brands can contact you from the page.
What does “Archive” do?
It hides an email you don't need to answer. Archived emails don't count as unread and don't get follow-up reminders. If the brand writes again in the same conversation, it comes back to your inbox.
How does the contract check work?
Upload the brand's contract (PDF) on the deal page, or Ugodia picks it up from the email. It compares the contract with what the brand offered in the email and highlights differences and risky clauses, like usage “in perpetuity” or unlimited revisions. It helps you spot issues; it is not legal advice.
What reminders do I get?
Late payments, brands that haven't replied, and usage rights ending in 30, 14 and 7 days. Turn on notifications in Settings → Account to get them on your phone.
Plans and limits
How much does Ugodia cost?
Ugodia is free during the pilot. Paid plans will be subscription-only. Ugodia will never take a commission on your deals.
Is there a monthly limit?
Yes. Each plan includes a monthly number of brand email analyses, drafts and contract reviews. You can see your usage in Settings → Account; it renews on the 1st of every month.
If you reach the limit, new brand emails wait in your Gmail and are processed when your quota renews. Payment and usage-rights tracking keep working.
